I was up before 7 pulled a shirt over my head
Made my way down to the kitchen for some breakfast
But there was nothing in the fridge
Cause I forgot to shop for it
Now I'm going to work completely unreplenished

Now I've had a dozen coffee's and I've had a dozen fgas
cause i was up till early in the morning
and it's typical of me to be too wired to sleep
so forgive me later if you catch me yawning

I'll tak the high road and you'll tak the low road
must be nice to have comtrol of your habits
but I'd rather be like me tha be dead before I'm deid
I'll have plenty of time to rest in my coffin

I got nothing done today cause I forgot to rest my brain
and my boss is at my desk and he's moaning
He said all your work is late
and I'm up to here with it
so you'll be signing on in the morning

Then I went back to my home and thanked god I was alone
Didn't notice that the house was like a bomb site
And I done nothing at all
Till my wife came home and yelled
You'll be sleeping on the couch for another night
